What I love the most about Oliveira is that he keeps an insane pace at all times. He's always marching towards his opponent, even right after getting knocked down.

@@Tragic_32 Poirier's the most technical striker in this division and the last fight between Gaethje and Oliveira just proved it. He dominated Charles in the stand up, but Charles is the best submission artist IN THE HISTORY OF THE UFC. Poirier vs Gaethje 2 would end up like the first one, I think. I know it won't happen soon but I'd rather see either Poirier or Gaethje against Fiziev. That dude's a fucking beast in his own right.

He was def cheating whether he realized it or not and the Ref never caught it from his angle. I love Charles but if not for the glove hook the fight would have lasted longer. Different outcome? Maybe not. Longer and more intense? Definitely.

He completely broke Dustin's will in the 2nd rd. Dustin looked completely soul sucked and broken coming out for the 3rd. Charles is so slick.nHis transitions are so smooth and quick. All that experience from coming in so young to the UFC. He's got such a savage squeeze. That shredded lanky power.

That first round was way closer than I remember. Dustin looked at the clock with 1:19 left in the first round. Charles’s pressure is absolutely unmatched. Made Chandler tired. Made Dustin tired. Made Justin tired. All in the first round. WILD he’s a betting underdog again.

What some people dont realize..charles will to win is at an all time high. He went from being okay with taking a loss when he was in trouble....to giving everything humanly possible to stay in fight and win. People dont understand just how much that switch in mentality can effect a fighter.

@@sickntired6241 and people also keep saying "he takes too many shots his defense sucks blah blah" The reason he got hurt his last 3 fights is because hes walking down and stalking and putting himself in the firefight against quite literally the 3 biggest and best punchers in the division. Nobody just walks down dustin and justin. Khabib did it but he used his wrestling threat. So to anyone who think that charles is going to take big shots every fight hes in is wrong. Its going to take BIG punchers to hurt him.

@@porkwop9171 I agree 100%. It’s like he recovers quickly but he does take a lot of shots that do hurt him. He’s one of my favorite fighters but eventually someone’s going to take him out if he keeps taking those shots. He’s pretty amazing the way he keeps the relentless pressing with elbows, knees, kicks and strikes and his ground game is exceptional. Notice when he drops an opponent he doesn’t go in with strikes to finish them like all the others do. He goes right to his jujitsu. Nobody like him imo. Another thing is he’s eyesight is POOR. How can you be so damn good when you can’t see for shit?

Oliviera is a warrior and his determination is inspiring, something i’ve always loved about Poirier is that he’s never ever been scared of anyone in front of him, that’s one of the most underrated characteristics of a fighter is their courage, respect to both men. p.s. i’m a Dustin fan btw

Watching this fight a 2nd time around now, I think those body shots, but especially the knees, did a number on Poirier in Round 1. I noticed he took a few big breaths and there was an occasion where he turned away from Charles. He took the round but I suspect he was losing steam fast. Once Charles put him on the mat in the 2nd, the jiujitsu might have depleted those remaining reserves forcing him to just stay on his back and conserve.

I think Dustin had some chances to finish Charles in round 1 but those knees had stopped him. Dustin could made more pressure, raised some combo to end the champ but he had to run away and took some deep breath because of damage from the knee.

если кто не понял, Порье пожертвовал 20к долларов на благотворительность с гонорара в страну Оливейры, об этом он ему сказал. Порье вообще человек с большой буквы, активно занимается благотворительностью. Пример для многих бойцов, как себя надо достойно вести в боях и уважать соперника. Это вам не хард кор мма, где гопники махаются , еще и за деньги...

Выстоять после таких попаданий в голову и продолжать атаковать в стойке и потом еще и переводы делать это, конечно, уровень. По выносливости Чарльз не уступает Тони, но при этом еще и дерется умнее. Тони расшвыривался во все стороны и бился в открытую, вытаскивая в основном на выносливости и нестандартных выкрутасах, Оливейра более грамотно выбирает моменты, когда бросаться вперед. Более универсального бойца в легком весе просто нету.

Челюсть у него крепкая, но если он так будет рубится с Гэджи, то это будет идиотская идея… тут челюсть не проканает, хоть у него и офигенная стойка, он оч сильно открывается, а с таким рубакой как гэджи и с таким ведением боя можно очутиться в вальхалле

O "inimigo" entra no octógono sabendo que vai ser finalizado não interessa o que ele faça. Só se entrar com um 45 na luta.. Isso já dá aquele pânico por dentro. O cara é a sucuri chegando de noite..

У него стиль такой, постоянный прессинг. Не боится идти в размен, дает вымахаться сопернику, потом уничтожает. Голова работает отлично, даже после сильных пропущенных ударов, четко знает, что и как делать.

@@dmnd173 problem is that Charles had to know English. If he had better English people would know him more, empathize, and like the guy. Brazilian fighters are so silly not training their English as much as their fighting skills, because in UFC you only get money if you bring ppv, and the main market is the US. Look at Paulo Costa, people loves him in the US, his English is not the best, but the guy tries and his trash talk is top notch. Hope Charles start being respected as he should be.

Оба бойца очень нравятся))) ода достойные ребята. Хочется Дастина увидеть в достойных боях ещё. А что касается Оливейра - Махачев, мне кажется, что Оливейра окажется сильнее, хотя Махачев тоже очень мне нравится как боец и человек. Трудно однозначно спрогнозировать, но тем не менее. Оливера это топ уровень, как никак.

Но как я рад за Ислама и всю его команду, очень рад, что пояс в этом весе снова у нас. Оливейру жалко по-человечески. Парень поднялся с самого низу, Ислам его тоже уважает как человека и бойца. @@ФаридГюльмамедов согласен, но в бою этого мало, оливье грамотно работал с ним в стойке, в тайском клинче пробивал корпус Порье, во втором раунде из-за ужасной ошибки Порье лежал в гарде, получая не нужный урон. В третьем раунде когда оливье засушил Порье взял да засабнитил. Итог:Порье нужно было работать в стойке как в первом раунде, не делать глупых свипов, и выходов из партера, остерегаться клинча оливье, так как работа по корпусу сбивает дыхалку. Итого из-за этих ошибок Порье слил бой, а ведь мог стать чемпионом. Были на это все шансы
