You gotta respect Gaethje too for putting it all on the line. It takes 2 to tango. If Gaethje didn't fight back at the end, Holloway wouldn't have had one of the most epic highlights in UFC history. Both men are warriors in all respects.

gaethje is a warrior for sure. he had a lot on the line. he pretty much sacrificed another shot at the title because of this fight. says a lot about his confidence but also his fighting spirit.

I think Max had pulled that off before that. He has been an amazing performer for so long. Just a striking beast. And people can say what they want (I don't like McGregor either), but McGregor tore his ACL and still beat Max Holloway in their fight (yes, they were young) but McGregor was that good.

Looks like most of the punch landed on his neck. That's how Max is so hard to knock out. He moves with the punches in a way so that they look like they land flush when you watch in real time, but slow motion reveals that they actually miss the critical areas (Chin, temple, or occipital Lobe) by a razor thin margin.

Nobody shows more respect to opponents than Max Holloway. Not just in the octagon but pre and post fight interviews. He never accepts the adulation without immediately putting the focus back on how good his opponents are. True Champion.

Fight changing? Holloway already was destroying Gaethje in round 1 before that spinning kick... Gaethje did better in 2, 3 and 4 rather than 1

мне кажется Джастин мог бы сделать больше в стойке, конкретно в этом бою я его не узнал, он должен был в какие то моменты перебивать Максс

Как он может его перебивать, если Макс держит его на своей дистанции и не дает работать? Гейджи чтоб подойти на свою дистанцию нужна скорость, а вней он уступает Максу.

@@КаренАгабекян-ъ5и Я сам болел за Гейджи, но он не успевал за Холлоуеем, просто Макс был лучше Джастина в футворке🤷♂ Хорошо двигался, но в момент просто не успел и попал под удар в заднюю часть головы и ощутил 1й в своей карьере нокдаун, хотя быстро оправился, любой другой станцевал бы танец в октагоне🤣 от Джастина такой удар получить это равно нокаут, любой бы рухнул намертво сразу👍

@@Ansat_ знаешь такую тему как техника? Чтобы таймингом бить скорость нужна филигранная техника и высокое iq. Гейджи особо не преуспел ни в первом, ни во втором.
