I like how the last replay shows exactly how every combo Anderson threw went with only one punch landing but as always the commentators and the judges act like he was just lighting him up as Rogan said. Anderson is the reason I stopped watching for a long time with his cheating and somehow winning fights he clearly lost.

What I like about this fight is how Anderson Silva does a sprawl when Nick Dias go's for the Double Leg take down. Than Anderson Silva just stands up. Amazing. The Sprawl his legs , flat out to the ground . Than like nothing , Anderson Silva just stands up and keeps fighting. Amazing. For every move there is a counter.

The sport was on the rise. talent was rapidly improving while the legends were still fighting. There was also more fighter promotion in different ways. Now it seems like the talent pool seems rather shallow in US especially and the fighter marketing is nearly nonexistent.

Nate picked up the habit of pointing his elbow towards his opponent. I think it's a defensive tactic that is supposed to keep their opponent on the outside and confuse them with judging distance.... For Silva being called thw GOAT around this time, a little before maybe, he had several fights that were just annoying. This being one. He would just pick people apart and it necame boring. Even for him.

Silva annoyed me when he became the dancing queen, went for minutes at a time without even attempting a strike or takedown, and actually took a few warning for timidity. I respect his record and ability but damn I hate his showboating in the ring. He's got the record for acting the worst in the ring. Most guys that act like total jackwagons don't last very long, Silva did and it just kept going. The Weidman redemption couldn't come fast enough.

I am a Diaz guy because I am a pro American dude. But this was a good fight; though I wish one of them would take the other down and so we can see more of the ground game. You can tell Diaz lost his legs from all the kicks he took early on. While so Anderson looked pretty fresh and not disturbed by anything that Diaz had done. Diaz got a few nice swings that Silva took as serious. Diaz did not look tired but more his legs taken away a bit. The fight was enjoyable though. I liked it.

Anderson was a MW that could make 170lbs, it's not like there was a big size difference. Nick is 6"1 about 200lbs walk around, Anderson is 6'2 walks around at 210lbs-220lbs.

I’ve done to realize it was actually Nick Diaz calf kick at the beginning that eventually broke down Anderson leg 😅

Why couldn't we ever get these guys in the octagon in their primes!!!! Silva used to always stay middle or light heavyweight every once in a while. Nick never wanted to go past 170! If Nick fought Silva on his best day 100 times out of 100 Silva knocks him out!

Somehow nick and nate have always managed to look like they are a lot worse than they actually are and it's really confusing to see them fight with the best mma guys in the world and look like mediocre fighters at the same time. They were never flashy or amazing at anything in particular but they were pretty good at everything overall and they deserve the credit for the results they got in the ufc, and the way connor said nate was a skinny fat guy was just so hilarious because it described him perfectly, and the way nate beat him in their first fight was just absolute poetry and I'm glad that nate finally got the pay cheques that he deserved from the ufc. It's sad that the only way you're gonna get the big bucks is to be at the top of your division and either having the belt or fighting for the belt and anything else is going to be surprisingly low money and very disheartening to say the least.
