being a professional fighter is a rough life... i had to quit doing recreational jiu jitsu because i couldnt stop getting injured by going hard against people who are better and/or bigger... for a while it was worth it but once i got decent at it is like i dont need to hurt myself anymore to elarn how to fight, im already good at it so why beat myself up training now? im not getting paid, i jsut wanna be a confident and competent adult who can defend themselves against the average threat.

I would agree with those suggesting this is the best HW UFC trilogy - Cain's ferocity is just terrifying if you see how he finished this trilogy, consider how he smashed Brock, Bigfoot and other HWs. He was on such a different level in terms of commitment!

Horse💩. That was a boring-ass fight. Most of the time they spent in an embrace with Cain kneeing Dos Santos’ leg. BORING. DeSantos punching skills are not very good. There were so so many times he should’ve connected when he didn’t. He needed to make Cain eat leather as Cain moved in on him, but he didn’t. Then Cain had the fight won and he goes back into his embracing strategy. WTF?

Cain was a man possessed in that cage. The fight against yourself is 100x tougher than any opponent. Fighting that voice in your head screaming at you how tired you are. How badly your shoulders and legs hurt from the lactic acid. Cain demolished that voice, and in doing so demolished JDS

Junior was my favorite fighter at the time. He knocked Cain out I the first fight. He beat every other heavyweight and by stoppage. He was a beast. But Cain was good and came with that relentless pressure. He was always relentless. i remember being a fan after he kicked the shit out of Ben Rothwell. And his beat down of Brock was truly impressive. Both guys were monsters.
